These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Robo Work Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at roboworkpro.com (the "Website") and any services, features, content, or applications offered by Robo Work Pro (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms 1.1. By accessing or utilizing the Website or Services, you signify your unequivocal agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Should you dissent from any provision of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Website or Services. 1.2. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any modifications to these Terms shall signify your acceptance of such revised Terms.

2. User Accounts 2.1. Access to certain features of the Services may necessitate the creation of a user account. You hereby covenant that all information provided during the account registration process shall be accurate, current, and complete. 2.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and for all activities that transpire under your account. You shall promptly notify Robo Work Pro of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 2.3. Robo Work Pro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use Policy 3.1. You agree to utilize the Services exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. 3.2. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: a. Engaging in any illegal or fraudulent activities. b. Uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. c. Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity. d. Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services. e. Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website or any associated system or network, or breaching security or authentication measures. f. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Services. g. Introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. h. Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent. i. Using the Services for spamming, phishing, or any form of unsolicited advertising.

4. Intellectual Property Rights 4.1. All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, images, and their selection and arrangement, pertaining to the Website and Services are the exclusive property of Robo Work Pro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 4.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Services or their content; (b) download or copy any account information for the benefit of another merchant; or (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. 4.3. Any content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Services remains your intellectual property. However, by doing so, you grant Robo Work Pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Services and Robo Work Pro's (and its successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties 5.1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. 5.2. ROBO WORK PRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR COMPLETE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

6. Limitation of Liability 6.1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROBO WORK PRO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ROBO WORK PRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. 6.2. ROBO WORK PRO'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ROBO WORK PRO FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

7. Indemnification 7.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robo Work Pro, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.

8. Termination 8.1. Robo Work Pro may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. 8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Governing Law 9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms 10.1. Robo Work Pro reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Should a revision be material, we will endeavor to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
